Acevedo y Gonz\u00e1lez Nora"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante los hechos de p\u00fablico conocimiento el Tribunal Superior de Justicia resuelve declarar la nulidad absoluta e insanable de la Resoluci\u00f3n de Presidencia reglamentada al tomo CLXV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De igual manera se reiteran y mantienen en todos sus t\u00e9rminos lo resuelto por este cuerpo en cuanto a <strong>no ratificar las resoluciones de presidencia que dispusieron la toma de juramento de los Dres. Sergio Edgardo Acevedo y Jos\u00e9 Antonio Gonz\u00e1lez Nora.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Por \u00faltimo, se deja asentado que, en consecuencia de lo anterior, los juramentos prestados carecen de toda validez y efecto jur\u00eddico y que los Dres. Acevedo y Gonz\u00e1lez Nora no se encuentran investidos como Vocales de este Tribunal Superior de Justicia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
